What participating churches build.
Participants author the institutional architecture of the church across the domains the Framework prescribes.
- Discipleship and growth systems.
- Church administration aligned with regulatory and accounting standards.
- Financial structure that addresses debt and develops sustainable revenue.
- Crisis response protocols.
The Framework was refined across over 30 years of Real Church Help engagements. It now governs the work within the program model.
Eligibility.
- Active church or ministry organization with at least three years of operating history.
- Pastoral or administrative leadership able to commit to active participation, with explicit support from church governance.
For existing Real Church Help relationships.
Pastors and administrators with active engagements have been contacted directly. The transition preserves work in progress and continues with the same founder under the program model.
