The Nonprofits Track.
For founders and executive directors of small 501(c)(3) organizations whose missions are real and whose structural foundations require institutional investment.
Apply to the Program
What participating nonprofits build.
Participants author the institutional infrastructure their organization requires. Program staff govern the sequence under The Foundational Architecture Framework.
- Funding architecture — diversified revenue across foundations, individual giving, events, corporate sponsorship, and earned revenue.
- Board and governance — board depth at funder-expected size, with the standard governance policies installed.
- Case for support — a participant-authored foundational fundraising document.
- Financial readiness — engagement of a CPA for financial review or compilation.
- Funder pipeline — verified funder research, application strategy, and a documented pipeline matched to the organization's readiness profile. Two to four applications are submitted by the participant during the program year.
