What participating businesses build.
Participants author the institutional infrastructure their business requires for durable growth. We guide the sequence under The Foundational Architecture System.
- Operational systems — workflows, processes, and decision rights documented and made transferable.
- Financial clarity — monthly financial dashboard and visibility into the metrics that drive decisions.
- Strategic planning — a participant-authored three-year strategic plan with revenue targets, capital requirements, and growth milestones.
- Marketing and brand — clarified brand position, primary customer, value proposition, and stage-appropriate marketing activity.
- Succession and continuity — for businesses whose long-term sustainability depends on a path beyond the founder.

Contribution is calibrated to organizational capacity. The calculator displays the published range applicable to the organization's tier and program length.
Monthly participant contribution
$475 – $950/month
