Outcomes, methodology, accountability.

Settled Ground, Inc. publishes aggregated outcome data annually. This page documents the outcomes the program produces, the methodology by which they are measured, and the cadence of public reporting.

Methodology.

What we measure.

Institutional artifacts authored by participants (Vision Blueprint, Execution Roadmap, governance documents); funding outcomes (grant applications submitted, decisions received, dollars unlocked); governance outcomes (board recruitment progress, policies installed); financial readiness outcomes (financial review or compilation completed); participant satisfaction (post-completion survey).

How we measure.

Institutional artifacts measured against the Program Completion Standard at completion. Funding outcomes tracked against baselines established at the diagnostic phase. Governance and financial outcomes verified against organizational records. Participant satisfaction collected via standardized post-completion survey administered by an external evaluation partner.

Cadence.

Program-level data captured at the diagnostic phase, midpoint, and completion. Aggregated cohort data published within sixty days of cohort completion. Annual organizational outcome data published in the annual report.

External validation.

Post-completion participant survey administered by an external evaluation partner. Annual financial review or audit conducted by an external CPA firm. Annual outcome report reviewed by the board's program committee before publication.
